Christmas day , this year we are staying home most of the day , we will go to my mums house for dinner with the family , the Saturday after Christmas we are going to have lunch with my inlaws and hubby's family . the kids are on school holidays for 6 weeks Christmas dinner here is salads and cold meat as its get to about 40 if its cold them Mum does a baked dinner - chicken , pork & beef with veggies we all turn up at Mums around 3pm Santa ( my brother ) gives out the pressies we sit around and talk and drink and eat to much lol I'll get some pics so you can see what xmas is like in sydney Edited by Nat, Dec 19 2008, 11:14 PM.

Sounds great and of course this is your warm season so I guess a hot turkey dinner is not a great idea |

Mum use to cook the huge turkey dinner when we were kids did not matter how hot it was , but now as most of us have lunch with other family ( inlaws) she does a simple dinner. |

Two dinners in one day for me. My parents at 4pm and then his sisters right after we leave the parents. About 7ish. Then boxing day another dinner at a friends. How barfy will I feel!! hhaah |
