I told you about my cockatiels quirks, now a few friends have said Teamo has OCD, if you move his toys or more importantly move his seed dishes he goes crazy. When I feed him if I inadvertantly switch his seed and treat dish he will go over and throw all the seed and treat out of the dishes and squeech. One day I gave him some new seeds, actually oats and groats, he threw them all out and would not stop screeching. I put in his old treat and he checked it out and casually and calmly proceeded to eat it. Has anyone every experienced this kind of obsession with the placement of things in the cage.? Like I said before I love these quirky habits in my birds it gives them more personality but I do find it strange

Hhahah ur birds have BIG issues man ahahahah Too funny. Mine cant have ocd because they get moved around so much and i put things here and there all willy nilly. It would be hard to judge. Mine seem very happy go lucky and screech when over excited when out flying.

CBL your right and the scary thing is everyone in the family says "have you ever wondered why all your pets are odd, could the common denominator be YOU". lol Nothing like family love. Of course that does not deter all family members from asking me to take care for their pets when there away. My nephew says his two dogs are going to the "doggie hilton", when I take care of them. Now I will have to find a tiny winy couch and train the brids to lay on it so the doctor can ask them about their childhood etc. lol

I can just see my hubby face when I tell him I am taking the birds to a bird whisperer. I think if I told him that I would be the one laying on a doctors couch.
