Alright, I've gotten permission from Mech for this one before I'm cussed at by a certain entire gaming community because they hate me. The following are the rules for a good moderator. Players or even other moderators who feel that another moderator breaks these rules often enough should report it- namely to Mech (Patchuoli Knowledge) however a player may also report this to another moderator Rules: 1) Do not apply unjust punishment. If a person says something offensive, but not endangering anybody, they probably only need a mute, not a ban. However, the same goes with under-punishment. If someone has been throwing around threats and no matter how many times you mute them, they continue- they probably need a ban. 2) Keep the punishment just to the crime. If its verbal, it deserves a mute. Visuals tend to deserve jails. Ban is considered a neutral since higher or overused forms of each one lead to a ban. 3) Arguments are to be broken up, not spared on. In general, arguments mean mutes for each side, not "a fellow GM has joined! Quick! We must help them!" Seriously. 4) If they can, then they should. If they can't then we shouldn't. Don't edit or modify a player without just terms. If there was a pwipe and this one person demands to be modified to what they were, remember nobody else gets the honor if done so. Unless, of course, the same moderator is ready to modify everyone on the game. VINGS have their own verbs and should use them themselves and shouldn't need a GM's help. 5) Moderators are to follow all player rules, because it doesn't matter how much more power we have, we are still players. 6) If a player reports to you about another moderator breaking any rules, you should report it to the owner. Yes, to Mech. This allows him to understand the situation going on with his moderators and be able to justifiably act. 7) One VING per GM only. This helps prevent VING clutter. It would be nice if each GM could post who their VING is (somewhere) 8) No using edit in the maze. Nor phase....Nor anything else that can be considered cheating Tips: (I'm posting this to help GMs follow the above rules) 1) Do not let emotions get in the way whatsoever. This is not a rule because its understood that GMs are of course humans and thus allow this anyways. It's impossible to stop it, but it is possible to prevent it. 2) Remember that people look upon you as a police and therefore believe that you always are in the right. It's always good to actually BE in the right because of this or more rule breaking is to be expected. 3) Do not favor certain players and allow it to get to your moderating practices. This includes allowing someone off even after they have broken several, several rules. That's not entirely a good thing cause its causes spoiling of that player which can cause some massive arguments. It's nice to have friends, but giving them opportunities that others don't have is just plain annoying to the community. 4) Logging on then going AFK for extended amounts of time isn't exactly smiled upon. Give your CPU a break at least and log off when you're done with the game for the day. Anyone can post any other suggestions to the rules below. Edited by Katsuri, 1st April 2011 - 04:25 PM.

You don't want to get up, but the urge to urinate is just too strong! You make up your mind to go! You run to the bathroom, stand in front of the toilet, and let loose! You think that all your life has led to this moment! But then you realize! It isn't the bathroom! You're still in bed! That feeling of lukewarm wetness spreads like wildfire! But you don't stop! You can't stop! That's what I'm talking about! That's the truth of the strawberry milk! Do you get it?!" Some of my knowledge
