General OOC discussion for members.

This part of the wing is quite expansive. There are five rooms total, three of which is larger than a recreation hall, and two smaller labs for the detail genetic work. These rooms are restricted to authorized personnel and a few Birds of Prey who have the privilege of assisting or guarding the information located here. It is in this part of the wing that all Birds of Prey are born under the watchful eye of Dr. Ackart, the lead researcher. Note: This is also the area in which Birds of Prey continuing their pain resistance training must come.

A U-shaped hallway cuts off from the main part of the North Wing. This hallway contains the personnel offices, which are connected to their living quarters.

The bulletin is actually an expansive screen approximately twelve feet tall and twenty-one feet wide. It covers an entire wall. All important information regarding the Birds of Prey currently residing in SPHERE is listed here. Mission information can also be found, usually located in the middle of the screen.

This the personal office of Commander Jaenke, the current head of SPHERE. The room is relatively plain, save for the bookcases that line the walls and the large desk situated in the middle of the room. Restricted from Birds of Prey unless summoned.

While all Birds of Prey have their own personal laptop, a computer lab is available for their use. The room is approximately the size of a mess hall, with row after row of high-tech computers, each equipped with a pair of headphones. The room is almost always dark, usually only lit by the faint blue glow of a computer screen.

The equipment room holds all equipment and devices required for missions. Should a Bird of Prey be assigned a mission, they are to come here in order to collect the items they need to take with them. The equipment here ranges from bullet-proof vests to lock-picking gadgets, and even explosives. However, no firearms are located here. All firearms can be found in the Weaponry room located off of the shooting range.

Learning is a never ending process in SPHERE. There are a variety lesson rooms with schedules posted just outside their doors. Some lessons are manually given by the faculty, and others are offered by computer (hence the reason some of the rooms are actually miniature computer labs). Lessons are optional for Birds of Prey, however, if they wish to be successful in missions, they should attend classes.

There are actually several simulators located here, all of which are extensively high-tech. These include: flight simulators, mission simulators, and even combat simulators. While the majority of the simulators are small, enclosed technical objects, there are a few small rooms equipped with holographic capabilities to provide a more extensive situation. All combat simulators consist of small rooms, capable of generating a variety of holographic assailants with various difficulty levels for Birds of Prey to train with.

This shooting range is well equipped to handle a variety of weapons, including sniper rifles. All targets automatically replace themselves after being used, as to ensure ease of practice. Sound-muffling headphones are located on a rack nearby, next to the door to the Weapons Room.

A large hall equipped for indoor sports. Several volleyball courts, basketball courts, and even an indoor soccer court are available for use. Equipment is located in a large storage room to the right. Two doors attached to the rec-hall lead to the indoor swimming pool and weight room.

The floor of this room consists of one large mat. The room itself is pretty small, with one wall completely covered by a mirror to allow for one to view their movements. This room can be used for self-practice or friendly sparring.

The cafeteria consists of several different areas. Along the walls are vending machines tha dispense only healthy snacks and drinks, free to all (access code required). There is also a buffet line, open three times during the day for an hour at a time (0600, 1230, 1930). Should a Bird of Prey (of ranks Two & One only) be unable to attend the specified dining times, there are several high-quality chefs employed capable of creating personally requested dishes.

The lounge is a medium sized room. Located on the walls are several different televisions screens, ready for use. There three virtual reality-consoles available for use, and two gaming systems hooked up to a personal television. Two pool tables, one air hockey table and two ping-pong tables are also set up. Several lounge chairs and sofas are scattered throughout the room, and a variety of board games, puzzles, and cards are neatly organized on shelves along the walls. While SPHERE never encourages unhealthy laziness, it does wish to keep the resident Birds of Prey happy and entertained.

All Birds of Prey are to report here if they obtain any injuries. Equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, this medical ward is capable to tending to every form of illness and injury. Run by Dr. Koizumi and her associated staff.
