An unbelievable come from behind win for me! One of the most fun games (after 7 innings) I have ever played. Not quite the 16 inning victory over the Cubs but awful close.

Madison Bumgarner started but wasn't fully rested and wasn't as sharp. He gave up a HR to Votto and didn't get a quality start. He was looking for his 9th win which would have tied him with the NL lead. Buster Posey and Pablo Sandoval were being sat due to fatigue and the Giants were looking to win their 6th game in a row. Johnny Cueto of the Reds was sharp. He struck out a ton and only allowed one run and two hits through 7 innings as the Reds led 4-1 after 7. That's when the magic happened!

Cueto was tiring and with one man on in the 8th I pinch hit Buster Posey for backup C Eli Whiteside. He then proceeded to hit an opposite field 2 run HR!

Another hit and a Hanley Ramirez double and it was all tied at 4 after 8 innings. Melky Cabrera then misplayed a fly ball in RF (misjudged it but given an error) which led to an unearned run in the 9th inning and a 5-4 lead for the Reds. They brought out their closer in the 9th inning and with two outs and nobody on Freddie Sanchez tripled to right. Up comes Posey for his second at bat in the 8 hole and he singled in the tying run! I pinch hit for my pitcher with Brandon Crawford who hits a deep shot off the right field wall for what I think will be the winning run in the bottom of the 9th. This is what happened.

Damn you Jay Bruce!! What a phenomenal catch! The game is tied at 5-5 and then in the bottom of the 11th, Brandon Pill pulled a low and outside fastball over the fence for a walkoff HR! Unbelievable! I was so pumped!

Here are the highlights (which do a piss poor job - didn't grab Votto's HR off me, Posey's 8th inning HR or the robbed catch but focused on a few strikeouts for some reason):

Here is my schedule for June which I ended on a 6 game winning streak. I have one more game with the Reds and then a day off. One more week to the All-Star game.

My stats for the month of June. Went 17-11 and my hitting was good. 25 stolen bases too. I just wish the Show would let us view these stats in the menu instead of luckily grabbing a screenshot at the end of the game before it disappeared.

Winning streak over. Lost 10-4. I was down 5-0, scored 4 in the bottom of the 3rd and then gave up another 4 in the 4th. Vogelsong only last four innings and gave up 8 runs but also had 8 Ks. Weird start. Couldn't do anything with my changeup or curveball and they got hit hard at the wrong times. I should have thrown more fastballs at times.

I take it your hitting better now?

What are you using for your batting level now? Still vet?
