The old recruiting system was nice and simple. I do like it and would like the option to go back to it. Unfortunately, everyone on the message boards wants even more details like hiring assistant coaches. Simple is better for the masses and I know a lot of people that prefer the old school method. |

I don't want them to bother adding FCS (1-AA) teams unless you can use them in dynasty. And I don't want to have to kick a team out of FBS to do so. I want an FCS schedule, with playoffs at the end, and the conferences and the whole deal. I want to do an Eastern Washington dynasty and have to contend with Portland State, Montana, and Montana State in the Big Sky conference. And if you do well enough, maybe you can move up to FBS. |

If you don't like the long drawn out part, you can just use quick call if you like. I don't feel like the recruiting process is too long, it only takes me about 5-10 min in between games to do all that stuff (10 min would be pretty extreme, only if I was really taking my time). I normally only play one game per sitting though, so it's not a huge deal to me. After I finish my game, I sim the rest of the week, do my recruiting, and them I'm done. |

I really want them to add a hire coordinators feature to the dynasty. If you have a successful program, your coordinators are not going to stay there. It would be fun to shop for new coordinators that come with a playbook you have to use. So if you are a pro style offense and your o-coordinator takes a job somewhere else, you can look for another similar coordinator or maybe change it up and go spread or something. That would be a fun way to keep the dynasty fresh. It would also add recruiting challenges. |

That's a pretty sweet idea! It's an extremely accurate idea too. Head coaches will sometimes change playbooks, but normally that happens with new coordinators. So in theory if you like to play a West Coast style of play then you might not be able to get the "best" coordinators out there since you'll have to sacrifice play style to get a better one which might not be suited to your tastes. |
