What I'm really enjoying about my current setup,is the unpredictability of the games....every game has felt completely different, and I really have to go in with a solid gameplan.

I haven't had one game where it has felt "scripted" like in past Maddens. I'll have to post up the settings I'm using,as I'm sure they are quite different from everybody elses.
Hey MM-ya' think the fatal "Raiders curse" is on us again this year? :jason: I used them in pre-season against the Cowboys and lost a heartbreaker, ending in 31-28. Garcia did have his "A" game on, throwing some nice passes. The rb's broke a few good runs. Alas-Romo and Barber came to play, fun game though

Scott-Once you dial in the sliders to your liking, you can basically get the game the way you want it play-Hard/simple or in between --AND-This year the acc. clock lets you do long quarters without having to actually "play" them. I'm doing 12 min quarters right now and using the acc. clock- I can get a game in about a little over an hour. I like the cutcsenes so it might go longer for me than some.
Good game here, I think you'll enjoy it and look forward to playing it :waytogo:
Thanks bro and thanks Ted. I am pumped for this game. Right now my big pumped game is actually NHL2k10. But I love football and Madden looks like it went the extra mile with presentation this year.

I've been more amped for Hockey the past 2yrs than football. I have no idea how in the hell I've come to love the sport of hockey. I might not know all the players to the NHL teams, but I understand the rules, play styles, and everything that goes with that... Not knocking on the NFL by any means!

Oh gosh-I had no idea that the sliders were moreso expandable than what was shown initially-
Madden's sliders were so strange to me last year, I just thought they carried on this year (made them overly simple or imcomplete for me)and I forgot that EACH section has subdivisions with a simple click.....Back to the lab...After I crawl back from my dark cave for being a goobersaurus.... :silly: :shame:
Although I thought my sliders were alright for now, I cannot and will not just "leave things alone" I have more sliders to mess with and will do so. This is what I am and what I do. I will always strive for simulation bliss :waytogo:
EA should leave their menus alone. They were nice back on the PS2 and ole Xbox. I don't like the fact that they make the menus more clunky and cumbersome with each new iteration.
IMO the franchise menu this year is pure s**t. But, I figured it out, so my rant is over.
