Saw a new penalty while playing today. On a punt, I was down field trying to make the tackle and the punt returner juked and my player brought him down by the face mask. No sooner did see that, the flag came out, lol. |

What I'm really enjoying about my current setup,is the unpredictability of the games....every game has felt completely different, and I really have to go in with a solid gameplan. I haven't had one game where it has felt "scripted" like in past Maddens. I'll have to post up the settings I'm using,as I'm sure they are quite different from everybody elses. |

MM, That's some good impressions!!! I know that last year you and I liked what 2009 offered and liked it for what it was. The first step in a better direction. It just feels like 2010 version was a very big step towards the right direction. At least it's nice to be enjoying a Madden game without having to many things that are "I wish they could fix this." Right now it just seems like it's a couple things. |

Oh yea,I did enjoy 09 early on.....but the issues became apparent to soon. Robo qb and immersion quickly killed 09 for me. I really like the direction they took this year though, sliders everywhere .....and plus I'm seeing things that really make each game feel different. Not to beat a dead horse, but I had brought home NCAA to play before Madden came out,and was not impressed AT ALL with that game,I could barely make it through a single game, which is exactly how I felt after last years Madden towards the end.....I was bored to tears even before halftime. This is really a testament to how properly implemented presentation can connect you with the on the field action. I feel the exact same way I did when I first played 2k5....I couldn't wait to see what happens next, and this is the same way I feel about Madden this year
