Really quick nit-pick: what will it take for them to get the color of the 49ers helmet correct? It's way too dark and it has been for a while now. It just looks totally wrong.

Otherwise having a great time so far. Not having luck getting to the QB even with CPU pass blocking down to 35. Other than that, no complaints in very limited playing time.
It's nice hearing that the initial nit picks are things like uniforms instead of huge gameplay issues. :)

I have been having good success getting to the quarterback. I do not have a ton of sacks but I have been getting him out of the pocket hurrying throws and throwing out of bounds.

I have not seen a wide diversity in penalties yet. Still getting tagged for the holding call on field goals.
That FG holding is about the only thing I've seen that sort of feels out of wack.

In NCAA 10 I was able to get to the QB post patch #1 using the right analog stick.

And it's pretty much the same in Madden. I had 3 plays in a row that I felt I wasn't getting any pressure on the QB on the Pro Default level. Then on the 4th play I get a sack. So... It was good to see. Then had another sack a few series later. It's not like you see NFL QBs with good offensive lines getting sacked very often.

All By Myself

I just a got a 15 yarder for unnecessary roughness when I tripped the receiver as he was heading out of bounds and the PA has really got me turned around and I've given up some big plays and its nice to see that the cpu is having drives of 10 plus plays

It is nice to see the chain gang and refs back on the field! I had what I thought was a fourth down stand but the call got overturned on a booth review. :brickwall:

On another note, I like how the injuries are being handled. There is some mystery to the fate of the injured player and whether you want to sub him and the risk factor involved. In the past you always new right away what happened on an injured play.

It's a nice touch or reality of waiting to find out.... to see the severity of it.
