The Show doesn't have much of a chance to be played at this time-due to my extremely limited playing time. That's messed up, for as much as i like baseball, football is my first love when it comes to sports and will always be.
I'm exactly the same way. Because of this, I might not even buy a baseball game next year as I don't think I've gotten my monies worth yet out of 09. I will probably end up playing it again in the spring but the Show 10 (or MLB 2K10) will really have to step up with something to get me to buy it. For the Show, that means a big time improvement to the defensive gameplay. I think the pitcher vs. batter interface is darn near perfect as is.

I'm saving money up for a new TV (it's time for mine to go), and after that, I'm saving for a PS3, for blu-ray and the show. I'm done with 2k. It's a good game, but for the last three years, franchise has been horribly glitched. In 2k7, if there wasn't a one game playoff, your franchise freezed, and you couldn't advance to playoffs or the next season. 2k8 had a big problem, and 2k9 had bad franchise freezes that were "fixed" with the patch, but not for everyone. I can't get out of April in my season.

Well and HDTV is a pretty cool toy to have!

And a PS3 isn't a bad choice either. :waytogo:

I think once the playoffs hit, I will sim until my team might be in trouble to go to the playoffs, if they don't-Then I will sim to the playoffs and go from there. The Fall classic playoffs in baseball are very exciting and I'd like to be there, playing them all the way. There just isn't enough time anymore to play out another 50 plus games. After all-It's pre season football time man!
