Like I was telling Ted, NCAA this year is very good and much better than '09 imo. The camera angle does not bother me at all and I think its great because you feel like you are more in control as the QB. My problem is that with 2 football games and this happens every year, once NFL comes rolling around, NCAA takes a back seat. I figure that if I can enjoy this game now till Madden releases, I will have had my fun. I'm more of an NFL guy and this is a nice football fix for me every year but this year with family life expanding......there is no way to keep up with 2 football games. I have to choose between the two and NFL is the way to go for me. As you can see, I haven't said anything really bad since I bought the game. If I can get $40 for it when Madden releases, I'm all for it. Ted and I are in an online dynasty and it is a blast...........I hope like you sayd that Madden's is just as good. |

One thing was nice to see - they actually have the correct base defensive formations in NCAA 10. I think they even listed Bama as a 4-3 in NCAA '09. |

Well-I got this game for my B-Day present. Hmmmm-So here I am with it thinking "what the hell, if it sucks I will trade it in for Madden". I ripped the plastic off-d/l'd the update and here's my very quick take on this game- I love it! For starters, I really like the lock player feature-The new camera is fine for me and the graphics look pretty spiffy on my PS3. I really like the different views on player lock and hope Madden has that. I lock on to all kinds of different positions when playing D. I always wanted a game where I could just play the parts I wanted. Example: I like passing as the qb but don't like playing the receiver position-fixed. I just lock it on the qb and let it roll from there. Same with running-I like to just hand off and let the rb's cpu generated stats take over, so to speak. I have always been in the middle of wanting to just coach and kinda play at the same time. I have that this year. I also love the way you can mix up jersey's this year. There are probably 20 different combos for Oregon's jerseys(even though I don't use them) this is good for anyone who likes mixing that aspect up, like me. this is one gift I think I will be using for quite awhile. When Madden drops, I don't think I will trade this one in. I want to play both this year. I will just have to play less of other "important" games to fit in my ultra busy lifestyle. |

I shouldn't have read your impressions, now I'm intrigued by this game , I feel the same about the passing game I like being the QB but not the receiver and I'd like to stay locked on as the RB from time to time. I do like that you can mix and match the unis.nice to have you back posting Coffee. |
