I got a little bit in this morning before Carter demanded to play Lego Batman. I'm just not feeling the game. The camera sucks ass for me. The only thing I really like is the cpu run game. The cpu does seem smarter on AA compared to AA last year. The cpu QB decision making on AA is better - don't see the stupid INTs as much. Everything else is either a little better or in some cases a little worse. Still early though. I really wish the cpu could mount a consistent running game on '09. I might try another little tweak but I have pretty much run out of options to get that in '09. MUCH better in '10. The OL fires out much better. The dumbest thing about '09 was that the cpu running game was actually most effective on Varsity of all levels. Still can't believe they can run better on me on Varsity than AA or Heisman. Makes no sense. Edited by Rudy, Jul 18 2009, 07:49 AM.

The QB accuracy slider doesn't seem to affect throwing power finally. I do like that you can still have zip on the ball but be inaccurate. There are still times when the pass speeds are way too fast for how the QB was positioned. |

I lost lost at home with Iowa against Ole Miss 41-35. It was my #2 greatest game (only 375 score roughly). But the stat of the night was the Ole Miss RB had 31 carries for 314 yards and 4 TDs against me. Now I did miss a couple tackles but this was a big back (sophomore 220 lbs) and he pounded and ran around me. I might have to boost up my run defense a little (from 0) but I couldn't believe it. It was beautiful. Jevan Snead of Ole Miss was 11-22, 125 yards and 1 TD. My QB Stanzi (I think) was 22-38 for just over 400 yards and 3 TDs but 3 INTs that hurt. My RB had 19 carries for 99 yards but I was playing a little bit of catchup in the second half.Ole Miss was blitzing a lot and my TE got downfield with nobody covering him. I also hit a beautiful corner pass late in the game to pull within 6. Sideline awareness is definitely better in this game. I still am not a fan of the camera but the cpu rushing attack is so good, I'm not sure I can go back to '09 just because of this one thing. Running and following your blocks is also improved because of the extra movement. I'll try to play some more tonight. |

Rudy, is EPIC BBQ already finished? Also, anyone know if teams created via team builder for the 360 are compatible for the PS3 and vice versa? I have created a couple of teams I;d like to share. |

I actually like the new camera a lot. I makes it a lot easier to run the ball for me, and gives you a more realistic perspective throwing the ball. I can def. see why others wouldn't like it, but I do like it flatter. |
