I noticed that about 09 as well. What I did do however, was just used the cpu generated names since I no longer have or can find a file for the 360 that has the names. I checked at OS,but those files have long been deleted from the sites they used to upload the 08 files. What I am going to do though,is create myself as the Buckeyes QB,and lead the team to the promised land...seeing as how the Bucks were ranked 12th in the game. |

OS doesn't have named rosters for the 360 anymore? Did you expand your search for the past couple years? |

Yea,I did expand the search to about 15 pages. I did find some old threads from Fairdale kings, but when I went the sites that had the files on them, they had been removed. I went to Fairdales actual site,as well as filespace or fileshare (can't remember the name now).....and there were no files to be found. |

I played a game with Florida against Georgia in Georgia last night with '09. I jumped out to a 10-0 lead, fell behind 20-10, went up 30-20 and won 30-27. I actually blew an extra point - you do have to pay attention sometimes! I've never been overly good running a spread offense but I've played around with it some more and Florida's playbook is pretty fun once you get used to it. I had 13 carries and 66 yards, 1 TD for Tebow. Only 17 for 30 for 168 yards and 1 TD, 1 INT in the passing game. Moreno had 26 carries for 82 yards - not too bad. Stafford was good but the Gators pulled it out! |

I swear, after playing NCAA 10 awhile I found myself enjoying the feel of NCAA 09 more. After playing the 1 minute demo of Madden at Hank's, I found myself really liking the feeling of NCAA 09 too (I wish they had a speed option for the Madden demo). NCAA 09 bugged me because the cpu never threw deep, the cpu didn't run the ball consistently enough (crappy sliders made this too hard to fix) and the cpu QBs threw too many bonehead picks in the red zone. These are all still true for the most part. I've tweaked with the sliders as much as I can and the cpu is running better although I wish it was still a bit more. But the feel and camera in NCAA '09 just feels really good and the graphics look really good to me too. I've enjoyed my time again with '09. Not sure how long it will last but so far so good. I may end up liking Madden '10 more but part of me knows that it still won't be college and have a great dynasty mode with recruiting. |
