I love those End of Series things. It's awesome.

The numbers are all pretty realistic. It's cool. (outside of walks)
The only bad thing about it is you have to be really quick the grab the stats. They just display them while loading the game after you exit. But they are really cool.

Votto's the man and he's from Ontario! I think I'm having more fun with the Reds since its so different and my opponents are teams I never play. I love the double switch. Not using the double switch cost me the game against the Pirates. I was hoping to leave a tired reliever in for the final out so I could just pinch hit for him without doing a double switch (he was the first batter up next inning) but instead I walked a guy and served up two HRs. Rudy was pissed!
How do you grab them?

I did draw three walks this morning with the Tigers! The bad thing is that when I take my normal aggressive approach to the plate, I will usually get no walks, hit for a low average but hit more HRs because I won't be late on fastball mistakes. When I am more patient, I can draw walks, get more hits and hit the offspeed stuff better but struggle to punish mistake fastballs. I need to manage my baseball strategy at the plate better.
I have nearly THE SAME problem! It's cool to see that we sort of have the same tendencies. :waytogo:

You can still use the screenshot feature to capture the series stats but you have to be quick since they only stay on the screen for about 10 seconds. If you wait you might not be able to get them. It would be nice if they added those types of stats in a menu or log somewhere since its done so well.

You hit the PS button on your controller, scroll over to the Photo section on the XMB, then hit the Icon for "MLB 09 The Show Screenshot". It will take you back to the game where you hit "X" to take the screenshot. It then stores an HD capture from the TV and stores it in the photo section under a 2009 folder. The pictures are around 1 MB a piece! Very high quality which I downscale when I load them for my season threads.
