Rudy's Cincinnati Reds Season

Due to working on my basement extensively over the next week, I don't think I will get many games in unfortunately. But I did get a game in both last night and finished early this morning. I beat Florida in game one of only a two game series. I think I have a two game series with the Cubs after that. Encarnacion actually dropped a ground ball at third base. It scooted away from him where he kind of acted goofy in that he picked it up and then held it before throwing. My third fielding error of the season in my 26 game season! Too bad for the third time it was NOT scored an error! Still have yet to see an official fielding error scored against me (26 season games Reds, 6 season games Tigers).

Harang is maddening. I don't like using him that much and he usually does half decent but has some really bad innings here or there. This game was back and forth and more of a slo-pitch game although only 1 HR was hit. Just before I threw the pitch I said "I better be careful with Ramirez". Then he hits a pitch low and inside off the foul pole.

Hitters really sit on your stuff sometimes this year. You can really fool them sometimes when they are looking for a certain pitch or they can crush you.

Anyways, I won 12-8 in large part due to Ramirez fielding error in the 9th. With one out and men on base, he let an easy double play ball (Ramon Hernandez catcher hit it) go through his legs. I ended up cashing in 4 runs to win it. Great work from my pen although Harang is averaging a run per inning given up. He's worse than a cheap hooker he's so easy to score on!

so you were saying that guys stats remain even if they come over from the other league?

I can deal with that for obvious reasons. I'm sure it could possibly be a pain in the a** to program that in.
To save the stats from playing half the season in the AL then come to the NL and start over from scratch. Then program the game to keep both sets of stats for that one person then keep a running over all tally.

Yeah, everyone's stats are their total MLB stats but that is incorrect. When he came over, he should have gone to zero.

I agree it would be nice if that worked correctly, but I can see how it could possibly be an issue.

Lost in extra innings to the Marlins. Tough loss drops me to 10-17 on the year but I feel a good run coming. Here were some team stats before the game plus the recap and box score. Volquez has pitched well lately.
