Forgot to check trade rumours. No new games tonight as I just played a HOF exhibition. But here is the last Tiger game, a 3-1 victory! ![]() ![]()

I'm actually pitching fairly well with Verlander this year. I usually struggle with him since he doesn't have any straight pitches. He throws a running fastball, circle change and 12-6 Curve. Everything either tails away or you throw a big bender. It makes it tough at times although hitting 95 mph on the gun certainly helps. |

Are the number of your strikeouts at bat going down? I'm averaging about 5 per game for myself right now. I did play a game a few nights ago where I had Schmidt pitching for the Dodgers against the D-Backs. He went lights out for 6 innings with an amazing 10 k's . Of course, I burned him out, keeping him in too long and ended out paying for it with no one warm in the bullpen.

Depends. I'm getting a little better but I still suck at times. I did draw three walks in my last game with the Tigers but I still have rough offensive stretches. |
