Did anyone get their preorder final charge letter when they said they'd start processing (aka Greece morning time)? Cause it's 3pm there now, and I still haven't been charged (and thus can't play). -P.C. |

See, I actually don't mind when games go down during launch--launch is never smooth. Server down time, sync issues, lag, all of that I'm totally used to. But not letting me give them money? What the hell. Why are they unable to process simple pre-orders? My bank will accept Euro transactions (I've called and made them note that for my account), my bank account info and everything on Account Management is 100% correct and has been since day one, and I pre-ordered over a week ago. That's what I'm mad about--not that I can't play but that playing isn't even possible for me at the moment, despite pre-ordering. -P.C. Edited by Dragonflight5001, Feb 27 2009, 01:15 PM.

I've created a new account because I have a nasty feeling that all our preoders won't get fixed at all. The excuse that the information we submitted was wrong is just nonsense. If it was just a few people with this problem then yes it may be down to errors whilst inputting our info but not this many people. I use my CC everyday online to pay for daily driving charges and know all the numbers off the top of my head, I checked just in case but as I thought all my info was correct the first time round. |

Not all were due to that, there were bugs in the system too, so don't worry, when it's Done

I'm in the same boat; but got an email from DF saying that the cc issuer (Bank of America) rejected the charge. I called the bank and no charges were refused in the last 3 weeks. So I guess DF developers have a bigger problem. |

Not sure what this means, other than the servers down a few hours for the update. My US based guild has about 25 members in-game (we had 40 or so in guild beta invite); with 10 or so preorder's that have not been charged yet. Edited by Usmar, Feb 27 2009, 01:34 PM.
