First off let me say that there are a ton of problems with the game at the present time. At this time, we did not about the syncing problems (as they were not as bad when the server initially came up). However, my friend and I set off from our Alfar starting zone to the Mirdain starting zones in hopes of some good PvP. We thought the game was fantastic; the world is beautifully developed. I could see the trees sway gently in the wind and the shadows on the ground were phenomenal. Let me tell you this right now: do not enter the game expecting next gen graphics or animations. That aside, our journey to the Mirdain area took nearly 3 hours because we were side tracked so much by what the world held for us. We climbed trees, explored ruins (found some awesome armor in the chests there too :)) and practiced fighting each other in the wilderness. When night fell, I had to ask my friend on vent where he was because I could literally not tell him from a rock standing there under the cover of night. I think the only time you could tell is if they actually moved or cast a spell as it is very bright. When we arrived at the Mirdain place, we saw two Mirdains fighting some skeletons. My friend started shooting them with mana missile and pulled them back into the forest while I hid behind a rock until they were up close and we ambushed them. It had to be the best moment I have ever had in an MMO; I actually felt like I tricked the enemy into a trap that was perfectly set up. Around this time was when the syncing issues started to become terrible, and we eventually recalled to our bindpoint and worked on gathering while waiting for the patch. I know it's not much, I'm not much of a review type. I just wanted to tell you guys my own impressions because so far only negative thoughts have come out of the vocal minority (mostly on sites like MMORPG.com). I can see extreme potential in this game and can see myself playing it for a long time. I also hope more people will not enter this game with extremely high expectations; no game is perfect. Anyway, thanks for reading I hope you enjoyed it |

Glad you are having fun! The game really is a blast, they just need to fix the sync and it will all be good. |

I hit the synch problem after killing the first goblin for the quests unable to kill mobs or PC 's decided to explore now have sprint up to 30 and swimming upto 36 picked up a few items from tombstones got me a nice piece of leather armor and a fishing pole as well as 3 bows and 5gp problems so far just Synch its a nice big world to explore definately a bit empty but hopefully thats due to not being able to see any mobs |

Yep, my only major gripe is the synch, but thats fixable quickly apparently, and the (still) utter lack of mobs/ NPCs to be found. It hasnt been funy today (well.. actually it was...) to see 40 mirdain chasing after and bundling a poor single goblin... With a good 15 of them then jostling for position to ninja the crappy loot lol The newbie areas at LEAST should have had their spawns turned up, if only for the next 3 weeks. Apart from that, I love it as well
