I was 4xx Ordered within an hour of the pre-orders coming up. I know there was a rumour that some people's accounts got bugged if they had created an account before they took their servers down the first time and were not able to put in their credit card info because their password bugged out. Who knows.. |

The email told me to contact my bank. That is what a did. They said there was no evidence of any attempted transaction that had been made or failed and that it is likely their authorization that failed. So either, they fucked up... or they fucked up. Never did i change the information on my account between when i pre-ordered and when i should have been charged for the full game. As the initial transaction went through, it doesn't make sense that this transaction would fail. |

I also did it last Thursday, got the confirm email immediately for the 3.22 euro or whatever. Called the bank on Tuesday and they said that nothing has come through nor anything been denied. Now I get this email about failed?? I think we all know where the /fail belongs.... I went back just now to check all my info and its right but I find it funny how they send this email out after my bank is closed and if it is my bank then I wont be able to contact them before AV tries to send it through again because of the time differences. If that is the reason, guess what, any of us who fit into this category will be waiting till next week. Oh, and where do you find the user id number you keep talking about?? Please be specific. thanks |

In the email you got to activate your account, the url had a user_id=xxxx in it, that is the user id. It isn't based on when you pre-ordered but on when you registered. |

16xx Had the pre-order verification about 6 hours after they opened. Sucessful pre-order. No initial transaction. Just got the email myself. Card information was right. Checking with my bank now to see what they say. |
