Darkfall - Failed Credit Card Transaction; Atleast I know what going on now

I finally got my eMail from Aventurine that sais my CC transaction failed :(

Don't know why 'cause I tripple checked my billing information.

Same here dude... especially considering the initial pre-order for myself was charged to my CC...

I think it's ineptitude on their part or their so called "biggest billing company in the world".


Looks like it might be a generic message they are sending out.

I also got this. I've re-entered and tripled checked my billing information. They say they're going to process these failed transactions among other pre-orders their tomorrow morning, so we'll have to see what happens.

They use GlobalCollect right?

That is not the first time GlobalCollect charging me for an MMO... so I really don't understand why it should fail...

Sadly even though I'm in the same boat as the rest of you, I still have not received this email :/ I feel like I'm a ship lost at sea.

Edit: meant to say that I am, received pre-order charge and all.
