Well i hope i didn't miss out on the inactive thing... He said if you got charged by your bank to PM him with Not Active...
But i thought he meant if you had been charged for the full game you should put that... maybe i should send him a PM.
Yeah, send him a PM anyway. I sent him one despite not having been charged fully. -P.C.
pm'ed in what IRC ? if so how do you pm in IRC ?
you go to his name which should be at the top and double click it. it brings up a separate little box thingy... he asked those who have been charged to put simply: Not Active Hopefully this shit gets fixed. and yea IRC Does he respond when you let him know, or does Brannoc just ignore it and I should just assume he got it?

This is to notify you that during the pre-order of Darkfall your credit card transaction failed. Please contact your credit institution for more details. Please note that we are just relaying the information we’re receiving from this transaction. Please do not reply to this email asking for clarifications because we do not have more information regarding this topic. We will make an attempt to re-process some of the failed pre-orders on Friday February 27 and we hope that this issue can be resolved. Please log into account management https://www.darkfallonline.com/accounts/f/default.php and update your information. We are aware that the account management system is very busy due to demand. We would like to ask for your patience in dealing with this and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. More copies of Darkfall will become available soon and you will have the opportunity to try again. Soon we will offer more payment methods like PayPal, Direct Debit, Pre-Paid Cards, etc. We hope that this issue is resolved soon and we can see you in Darkfall. Thank you, Darkfall Support
Thing is, why did this fail when my pre-order was successfully charged?
The only thing i could see effecting this is my postal code, but it was fine when i originally charged it?
I guess i can attempt to change my postal code to 6 digits with a space in between right now to see if it saves properly... if not i'm going to hang someone.
Edit: Just tried to put in the postal code, it doesn't save more than 6 characters... it used to only work with 6 characters... now you can put in more, but it doesn't save them... no idea what the fuck is going on.
