Since I haven't received my final charge e-mail, I still can't play. The Darkfall Team's last forum update says they're fixing it. Has anyone received their final charge e-mail since the servers went up? And if so, can you play? -P.C. Edited by Dragonflight5001, Feb 26 2009, 01:43 PM.

No, I'm in the same boat. I think it has to do with my account being bugged - I got network timeouts when trying to update my billing info, and invalid user/pass errors when trying to access the preorder page. I managed to preorder with the &=### (CVV) URL workaround, but mayhaps the billing info didn't get through? I got my first confirmation, but not this final one. I suppose we'll just have to hope they fix it for us. |

They say if you got you first pre-order confirmation e-mail that you were in (can't find the developer's exact quote since forums are down), so we're really just waiting for the final e-mail. You know, it's never been so hard to give someone my money! -P.C. |

I agree =) However, they also said you could cancel the preorder by deleting your billing info if I recall correctly, maybe what happened was, somewhere along the way, the billing info got messed up for our accounts and they took it for a cancellation. |

Every time i logged into my account my billing info was there... and it said successfully pre-ordered. Charged and cleared the 2.52 euros.. user ID <500... pre-ordered within 1 hour of the "2 hour head-start" No problems what-so ever... until now. |

I'm probably going to cancel and get the charges reversed even if i do get an email... i'm sick of this company and i don't even care to play the game anymore. |
