Drama is one thing that I hate. It follows me around in real life, and I have no intentions of it following me on to here. If you, for whatever reason, are not happy with a decision that has been made by myself or Sapphire, then please, by all means take it up with one of us, but don’t sit on your sorry ass complaining and bitching about us, ‘cause we’ll bitch right back. The decisions that we make are fair and just, and what we believe are the best for the board. If you disagree, for the love of cookies, SAY SOMETHING. There’s a reason mute people can’t make speeches, and it’s not because they can’t talk. I do not make idle threats, so hear me and hear me good - if this continues, I WILL terminate Artificial Sweetener, no matter how much people (including myself) love it. I do not care for drama or petty vindictiveness, and I do not wish to waste my time running a site full of it. If you want drama, go become an actor, take up RPGing or become Blair Waldorf for the day. The people we hire to work on Artificial Sweetener we believe will do us proud, and that is why we choose them. Demotion or rejection does not mean that we don’t like you, it merely means that we chose someone else for the position or that you were no longer needed. We do not demote people without good reason, nor do we hire/promote them without sufficient evidence that they should be hired. If I find myself coming online again under the pretence that I’m having to catch up on current dramas, you can kiss the land of all things Artificially Sweetened goodbye. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. |
