Hey Fred, Thanks for this forum. Just wondering? I've been real happy with my purchases, but the plug and play turn signal mechanism I purchased last year has gone south. It keeps popping the 10A fuse under the seat. Started when I went to switch from high to low last week while out on an evening ride. Have had the bike apart and fuses exposed and upon playing with the off/on and or the high/low it'll pop that fuse every time. Took the three small phillips heads out that hold down the internal wires and switches in place but don't see any obvious burn marks or evidence of shorting. Everything's so tight in there and the solder spots are so close it's hard to be certain. Any thoughts? It never worked properly with the flashing high beam feature, even upon installation. Now that it's back together...it's not popping the fuse, but the headlight won't come on unless I pull the "flash" button. A buddy suggested I do a typical KLR mod and tape it down. Would rather solve the problem. Going back to OEM and hopefully will hear from you. Have these been problematic at all? It's a great upgrade! rick Edited by rick b, Mon Jan 26, 2009 10:35 am.

Hello Rick, Never heard of any electrical problems with this switch. If you have had issues in the past with the Flash to Pass feature, that would be where I would start looking for your problem about blowing the fuse. It sounds like you may have a loose connection that is getting to ground some how. Never had one apart so I can't help you much there. Let me know what you find out. Sorry
