Avatar roleplay is based on the anime " Avatar ", Avatar is set in an Asian-influenced world of Chinese martial arts and elemental manipulation. Human civilization is divided into four nations: the Water Tribes, the Earth Kingdom, the Air Nomads, and the Fire Nation. Each nation has its own natural element, on which it bases its society. Within each nation exists an order called "Benders" who have the ability to manipulate the eponymous element of their nation. The show’s creators based each Bending art on a style of martial arts. The Bending types are Waterbending, Earthbending, Firebending, and Airbending. - Search -Asthenia for the main room.

The Earth Kingdom Military

The Military of the Earth Kingdom is the military organization responsible for the defense of the Earth Kingdom. It consists of an Army, a Navy and several Special Forces. It wields considerable power, having held off Fire Nation assaults for a century.
The Earth King is the constitutional overall commander, although at times his actual power has been very limited. The main commanding authority is the Council of Five, a council of five senior generals who oversee any war effort from Ba Sing Se. The Earth Kingdom military forces are large but are technologically inferior to that of the Fire Nation. However, this makes the Earth Kingdom military the second most powerful in the world, and the Earth Kingdom has considerable projection capabilities around the world.

The Earth Kingdom Army is the largest and most important branch of the military of the Earth Kingdom. Like the Fire Nation, the Earth Kingdom armies consist of benders and normal foot soldiers. Soldiers, both benders and non-benders, carry a wide variety of weapons, from spears, swords, and other various polearms, to more unusual weapons such as hammers, axes, and sickles. Soldiers typically wear a specially armored conical helmet which has been shown to act as an impromptu shield in battle against fireblasts. Non-bending soldiers also wear a headdress underneath, appear to be more armored, and wear boots. Earthbenders' helmets are pointed and are decorated with the Earth Kingdom emblem. They are also barefooted, as called for by a principle of Earthbending. Officers wear yellow armor in place of the regular green armor.

The cavalry consists of Ostrich Horses, which can vertically climb short distances and run at high speeds. They are also used as means of transport.

Earthbenders use stones shaped like the Earth Kingdom emblem as artillery and catapult projectiles. These person-sized round coins are invaluable weapons to the Earthbenders. The coins can be lined up side by side to make a defensive (and mobile) wall, or stacked to make a lookout tower. Skilled Earthbenders can use these coins as a vehicle and "ride" in the hole in the middle of the coins.
Earth Kingdom Tanks

everal highly-advanced Earth Kingdom Tanks were for the Earth Kingdom to use against the Fire Nation. These tanks, which travel on treads, are powered by four Earthbenders and can travel over virtually any terrain. They carry at least a dozen troops and possess side hatches that allow Earthbenders to hurtle earthen projectiles at enemy forces. These tanks are multi-segmented, so they can be manipulated to travel on or over any obstacle and can make wide turns when necessary. Such a feature allows these vehicles to crush Fire Nation Tanks. They also have incredibly thick armor that can deflect all fire blasts. These new vehicles are more than a match for Fire Nation armored forces. However, if these tanks get overturned, it is very difficult to get them upright again.

Supply Trucks were also manufactured. These vehicles are designed to carry weapons and bendable elements for use by the benders and warriors. They are driven entirely on treads. They are driven by a single driver and are made entirely of metal. They possess a large flatbed that can carry earthen boulders, jugs of water, fire bombs, etc.

The Dai Li were the secret police of Ba Sing Se who worked to capture, interrogate and imprison political dissidents. They were created by Avatar Kyoshi hundreds of years ago with the aim of "protecting the cultural heritage of Ba Sing Se". The Dai Li are highly skilled Earthbenders trained as a secret police group, who wear gloves, and shoes, made apparently out of earthen materials in order to dexterously Earthbend on the go. The shoes also give them the ability to slide along the ground, increasing their speed.

The Dai Li are also adept at using Earthbending to cling to sheer rock surfaces, such as walls or ceilings. It is part of their training ever since their inception and as such, is one of their most used skills. They conceal extendable metal handcuffs within their robes, which they throw from their sleeves to snare and hold prisoners, particularly other Earthbenders so as to inhibit their bending. They appear to use hypnosis to persuade rebels and uprisers that there is no war within the walls of Ba Sing Se. Most of Ba Sing Se's citizens seem to fear them and want nothing to do with them, knowing that nothing but trouble can arise from meddling in any of their affairs.

The Dai Li seem to be trained to work in pairs, which would give them greater strength and power than a single agent; while a group of three would be too cumbersome and unwieldy.
