I thought the blonde hair = dumb stereotypes only applied to women. Most CEOs are men, so it shouldn't make a difference. I think the problem is that most men in the UK have brown hair as adults but blonde as children. Very few men in the UK would retain blonde hair into adulthood, so the blondes have the odds stacked against them based on that fact alone.
