I believe most men do, larger "puppy dog" eyes are supposedly indicative of genetically healthy/high estrogen levels in Women. To my understanding the majority of women prefer men with "deep set eyes" not necessarily small. My source for this info is a documentary about sexual attraction I watched on the discovery channel, so the validity is based off their studies. In other words take this with a grain of salt, but it's the best answer I have.
