	Some people from poor and less developed West Asian countries love to be compared with any European country and they seem to be ignorant towards Far East Asian countries, although Far East Asian countries are far better developed and civil countries compared to their places. What can we say? Wannabe Euros. How sad actually is that? Hardy HAR HAR

Black on White crimes are never categorized as hate crimes by law enforcement. But the reverse always is.

The law does not prosecute the animal. But when a person abuses an animal they will be punished. I think the poor impulse control comes from low IQ. Just as animals are impulsive so are most blacks. Just as an animal is out to meet their needs regardless of who suffers so are blacks. The law understands that people know better, however animals and blacks often do not. I exclude dogs in this, because they are capable of great loyalty and compassion. I also exclude a minority of blacks, particularly ones who probably inherited white DNA and tendencies. It is almost 75% white. This is a very high white population which is uncommon for bigger cities in the U.S. I understand in the last few years, however, poor Blacks from Chicago have been moving to North Minneapolis. Not surprisingly this Northern section has become the most dangerous part of the city.

Exactly! It has nothing to do with race, but rather economic and educational levels. Poor people tend to commit more crimes, and in the United States blacks are the poorest group of citizens, so percentage wise, they will commit more crimes than whites. There was an article published which showed that Polish people living in Britain commit a disproportionate amount of crime. Now, a typical ignorant person would assume that Polish people are naturally more violent than Brits, without taking into account that the Poles in Britain tend to be poor immigrants, so their crime rates will naturally be higher than the entire British population. If you compared those poor Polish people to Brits of the same economic level, then their crime rates would be similar; it's only when you include the middle and upper class Brits that the Polish crime rate seems disproportionate.
