There are several vacancies, which may be filled by new or current mods. If you think you've got what it takes, and you meet the minimum requirements (see below), then click here to send Bluesummers an application! Remember, we're looking for talent, enthusiasm, but most of all, responsibility. Forums currently accepting application for: Introductions* Fanart/Fanfictions* Video Games Inuyasha Naruto Cowboy Bebop Prince of Tennis Gundam Gensomaden Saiyuki Fruitsbasket Slam Dunk Yu Yu Hakusho Wolfs' Rain Adult Swim Discussions General Anime Discussions* Anime: G to L* Anime: M to R* Anime: S to Z* Current Moderators only *************** Basic qualification requirements: Minimum age: 16 Minimum post count: 500 Minimum wait time before applying: 6 months from join date Words to remember: Being a moderator isn't some fancy privilege. It's a responsibility, and those unwilling to take that responsibility are not moderator material. To apply, please pm Bluesummers the following info (pm subject: "Moderator Application"): - The forum(s) you're interested in moderating, maximum of five. (out of those five, we'll probably narrow it down to two...we would just like it if you had backup choices, because not all forums need moderators right now) - A reason why you'd like to be a moderator. (Don't just say "Because it looks fun." if you have a really good reason for wanting this responsibility thrust upon you, you'd better say it. Otherwise you're probably better off just enjoying the forum as a regular member ^_^ ) - Optional: aim, Y! or msn screen names (sometimes we use Instant messaging for interview purposes, though we can always accommodate members who do not use IM services) The application process will involve a personal evaluation by a senior mod or admin, as well as an interview to judge your knowledge of the particular series/subjects you are applying for. If you have applied and have not heard back from a senior mod regarding your application, please PM one of us. While we do our best to make sure we're considering every eligible candidate, mistakes do happen, and rarely, we lose or forget an application. Don't be shy, just ask if we're processing yours. ^_^ If you are voted in as a moderator, you will have a trial period in which the moderators will watch your progress, making notes as you go along.
