Okay so lately people have been asking me to use pics that have parts where I can't reach them, like there's a space I can't get to with a lasso or if I did, and painted in the part, it wouldn't look right...or it's too small....is there any way to make images have a tranparent BG? Some are to small to go around and when I move it, it doesn't look good...and it's a time waster....any help? I can post the pic I'm havng an annoying time with if it helps... |

You can get the transparency by saving the file as a PNG or gif (PNG gives the highest quality though). You're still working inside a normal canvas but if for example you're making a "pop out sig" you would account for the extra protrusion in the size of the work canvas. Lemme grab a screen shot... I think it'll give you a better idea of what I mean. Posted Image The grid area for example in my shot here would be your transparent background region. So if I saved this as a PNG it'd be transparent anyway that grid is visible Edited by Anaconda, Oct 28 2009, 07:14 PM.
