You actually sent out an e-mail about this? :O I know for a damn fact that there's no way an anime like Berserk would air on XD. As for Tenjho Tenge's manga release in the U.S, I've heard the licensor, CMX, was gearing it towards teens and made edits to remove much of the manga's fan service.

They just mentioned how pirated versions were being sold in shops (haven't seen or heard of one, myself). But eventually, somebody will try to mimic EN. And I'm sure EN would just love to go around looking like they're championing the cause of mistreated women in developing countries.

So both of those time periods make little difference in such circumstances.

I could go into 'what ifs' and examples, but that would just be boring. the only stations that would probably show it. (if its now been shown already) Are Scifi (with some censoring) or one of the encore stations. Trying to get Disney to show any 'good' is a lost cause.
