Then next show to drop in dark side reflections of war/crime/etc. is ero guro which at most is death/necrophilia/possible abortion. So how much would american media begin to blow anime fans into exile once some curious media person orders a manga from japan and he starts a story on a uziga manga when he thought he ordered a clamp title (just an example). wouldnt it be better to actally have a grounded discussion on ero guro now before some "defending america" zealot crafts a conversation that all manga is bloodthirsty against moral values or whatever the arguement of the day is?

THEN it'll turn into a debate about how only books are good. I call a heap of really dark books which I'm sure are out there. You can't just single out one medium; all media explore the same things.

Seinen manga fan Posts: 9,808 Group: God Hand Member #39 Joined: Aug 24, 2008 Blog Manga nonsense	and the movies based on hannibal lecter, etc. but the press desnt see it that way since apparently they do not know that movies like cannibal holocaust exist so therefore theyll use ero guro to make them have laws where itll censor overly violent images on paper instead of stopping actual violence since last week a woman butchered her baby and ate it so theyd probly use ero guro manga as a "scapegoat" even though that hasnt actually been done in a ero guro manga ^.^;

They'd only be able to prove that though if the relatives said she was into manga (and if they're upright citizens who don't PARTICULARLY care about money, then they should be honest about it) The media themselves are biased. They're commercial. They don't care about the truth so much it's for the ratings. They're not really to be believed for the causes of problems, just that the problems are there.
