It’s endless night. It’s money. It’s sex. It’s everywhere. It’s pain. It’s pleasure. It’s strength. It’s weakness. It’s grace. It’s. . . unbelievable. Its called vampirism; and we’ll all be a part of it, eventually. A too well known topic that is disregarded as myth and fiction. Something parents tell their children to make sure they come in before nightfall, something that satanic teens strive to become, in order to feel closer to their master. It’s something that is real, oh, very, very real. It’s something that we should all become more wary of. Because, to go on thinking it’s not really there, that it’s all just a lie that was blown way out of proportion, is sheer madness. And soon, it’s not going to stand being thought of that way anymore. It will find you; stalk you into the deepest, darkest alleyways, and do one of two things to you. Feed on your life source, the sweet, stickiness of your blood. Or, it will make you one of them, and then, and only then, will you believe. No, you will not be safe, you will just believe. Because, if you think that if you will be safe, even as one of them, you have a lot to learn my friend. You might possibly know now what I am speaking of. If not, listen very carefully. There are more things than just us stalking you in the night. There are those brainless creatures, which you always see pitted against us in those horror films on late-night television. Yes, you know what I speak of; those flea-ridden excuses for life. And they are not the end of it. Even more terrifying than us, even more than those stupid mutts, there is one more. A crusnik. Ah, yes. They are very much like us, you see. They bare fangs, us we do, they have an unquenchable thirst for your blood, but this is what sets them apart from us. They like our blood better. While we are usually the ones hunting, we can quickly become the hunted if they get hungry and your lowly human blood cannot satiate them. They are faster, and they are stronger, and they are the perfect killing machines. There may possibly be something stronger than them out there, but do not get your hopes up, friend, you will never be safe. ~ Years ago, a very generous vampire opened her doors to others of her kind. She saw the threat that the crusnik race posed to them, and she wanted to shelter her brothers and sisters from their wrath. She wanted to make sure that they would survive, and then eventually get strong enough to a point where they would be able to make the crusnik numbers fall to almost nothing. She wanted to build an army of the strongest vampires in the world. But, it never happened. She was on the hunt one night and was unfortunate enough to stumble into the clutches of what she hated the most. She was consumed, and her body was tossed away like a piece of trash. Even after her death though, the vampires she welcomed into her home stayed, and tried to keep training for her cause. Nothing great ever came of it though. Sure, some of the vampires became stronger, their special abilities honed to be more deadly and effective, but other than that, nothing. It continued like this for over two centuries, until a young vampire thought of something no one else had. Cedric was his name, and he started a whole new cause. His idea? Welcome humans into the home that they dwelled in. Then, begin to fiercely train them. The humans had the technology to kill off crusniks, and if they were properly trained… Cedric did not need to say anything more, because when he got to that point, the elder vampires were grinning and the wheels in their head were turning. Yes, they would welcome the humans with open arms, and train them to become their weapons. They would, in time, get rid of the enemy, and then they would rule supreme. All Cedric could do for the next few months was smirk as they made their preparations. They had decided they would make him head of the home, that they began to affectionately call The Safe House, and he would be the one to go out and gather humans to train. It would be easy. The humans would accept the offer without batting an eyelash, and then they would follow. The only thing that would even make them the slightest bit uneasy about it, would be the small amount of blood they would give up to their teachers. __ Character Requierments; Name; (first&last) Age; (human- late teens to late 20's, vampires&crusniks- age when turned) Race; (human, vampire, crusnik) Abilities; (pertaining to vampires&crusniks, means such things as willing others to do your bidding, using the shadows to transport to other places, ect. in humans it can be things like, being unusually strong or fast) personality; (1-2 paragraphs) biography; (1-2 paragraphs) looks; ( I would prefer if you all used drawn images rather than photographs of actual people, but if you're more comfortable with something else that is fine) other; (misc? anything else you would like to share about your character) __ Roster; Roleplayers: Humans:- Vampires;- Crusniks;- Anyone up for it?

What is becoming a vampire like? Are the humans going so they can become stronger or somthing? Training for self-defence?
