Alice 19'th, Imadoki Nowadays, Marmalade Boy, Aquarian Age, Gate Keepers, Fruits Basket, Absolute boyfriend, Aqua, Blood+, and Inuyasha. Most of those are shoujo...but some have fighting and drama. |

In artistsic terms of sheer scale AKIRA is an excellent manga to read especially in the original language version unflipped as the 3 massive explosions really show the devastation of neo tokyo. The military hardware is also shown in the same terms in scale as aircraft/carrier get ripped apart by tetsuo. |

DeathNote (Manga ending is way better then the anime's is) Eyeshield 21 (if you like football or hot guys XP) Chobits (I just overall like this series) God Child (Loved it!) XxxHolic (haven't read alot of it but its good so far) Ouran HighSchool Host Club (Has more then the anime does) One Piece (pirate lovers must read) Black Cat (I liked this one) Rosario + Vampire (I hated the anime, but the manga is sooo much better) School Rumble (hilarious, just like the anime) Fruits Basket (love story, but really good regardless) FullMetal Alchemist (I like the anime better, but I have nothing against the manga) D. Grayman ( really good series) Samurai Champloo (different but I like it anyway, XD) Full Metal Panic (really good and funny) Saiyuki (haven't seen the anime, but I like the storyline of the manga) Inuyasha (some of them are flipped, but its as good as the anime anyway) Shaman King (always loved the anime, and the manga is good too) There are some of my recommendations, possibly more later f I find more series I like. ^^ Until then enjoy XD Edited by Kouga23, Jul 9 2009, 09:26 PM.

Been reading Millenium Snow lately and its really cute. Kinda a Vampire/ Werewolf love triangle, reminds me of Twilight in a way. Its really cute, and only 2 volumes Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (I really liked how they made the story revolve around him, it was good and I intend to read more of it. 3 volumes so far have been written) Code Geass: Suzaku of the CounterAttack ( I just got into this one, its totally different from the anime, but that doesn't mean its not any good. Found another new one! lol Cafe Kichijouji (about 5 teenage boys who run a cafe in Japan, reminded me alot of Ouran High School Host Club [so you know its gotta be good lol], I've only read the vol. 1 but I think there is 4 volumes in all.) @Kanu: I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I've never seen the Cat Returns, but I thought this manga was adorable. So I think I'm gonna watch it soon. Rofl |

You've got to read Rust Blaster ! It only has 6 chapters, but is realy worth it, the endings realy good too. It's also one of those mangas that have realy detailed beautiful drawings. its action/drama with some humor here and there. Don't miss it! :D |
