Slan May 23 2009, 03:51 PM I hope this gets a box set treatment since it is so short Wouldn't surprise me if Funi did that with Spice and Wolf. They gave Ouran Host Club the box set treatment and Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino will be released as a boxset when it comes out in August. I imagine giving the series the box set treatment would mean they won't be able to release it until mid to late next year considering all the episodes would need to be dubbed and then DVD menus and special features being made.

I'm actually looking a little forward to seeing how the S&W dub pans out

They did all right with the dub work for Mushi-shi. Like Spice and Wolf, Mushi-shi is an anime of acquired taste. Since Mushi-shi was done well, I can see the same treatment given to Spice and Wolf.
