Reading Manga on your DS!; Flashcart needed

Table of contents ( I know people are too lazy to read the whole thing ) -App explanation -Required Stuff -Explanation PictoDS -Steps you need to take ( with screenies ) -Links If you don't have a slot-1 homebrew device (Supercard, R4, EZFlash, CycloDS etc.) don't bother reading on, because you will need a flashcart for this, more info on flashcarts here [Link] First of all, what is the app? Well, ass stated above, the app itself is called ComicBook DS and as the name may suggest, it allows you to read comics on your DS, so it will also let you read manga =D. Sound interesting, what do you need to make it run? You will need the following: - a DS - A flashcart (see above) - The app itself - Manga, stored in .jpg format on your pc. - PictoDS. Huh, you never mentioned PictoDS before.. That's right, because it wasn't really necessary until now. PicotDS is a program you put on your pc (no installation required). It can convert the images you get when you either scan or download manga into a .cbds file, which is the only file ComicbookDS can read. What to do? First of all, you get manga on your pc, download it somewhere, or scan it: Posted Image I presume you know how downloading works.... Next, download the apps, links given below. Next up: load the downloaded manga into PictoDS: Posted Image Posted Image And now click proceed, PictoDS will convert the whole folder into 1 .cbds file. Search for that particular .cbds file in the cbds folder of your PictoDS directory. Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image And next: create a folder titled cbds in the root folder of your MicroSD card, and put the file in there: Posted Image Posted Image next: put the ComicbookDS.nds file in the ROOT directory of your microSD card. Start up your DS, and run the program.
