Experience Points
Because battling threads take so long to complete and for the sake of saving time and a lot of head ache; we don't calculate experience points.

Leveling Up
You might consider gaining levels in the Alunier Region easier than in other places. You gain levels by catching Pokémon and winning battles.
  • When battling a wild Pokémon, you gain one level when you catch it or defeat it.
  • When battling trainers, your Pokémon gains two level per Pokémon defeated.
  • When battling a gym leader, you recieve three levels by defeating them.
  • Fainted Pokémon cannot and do not gain levels.
  • When you use more than one Pokémon to defeat the opponent Pokémon, the Pokémon that causes the opponent Pokémon to faint gains the level(s).

Evolving Pokémon
By Leveling Up
Most Pokémon evolve when the reach a certain level, unless they're holding a certain stone or you indicate otherwise. To find out if and when your Pokémon evolves, click here and search your Pokémon in the search box. Find 'Evolution Chain' section. Your base Pokémon will be first. Second will be the second form and the level the base form evolves. Picture Reference Here.

With A Stone
A handful of Pokémon evolve when given a specific stone. Stones are one use and disintegrate during the Pokémon's evolution. You may buy stones at certain shops, be given them by other trainers, win them in contests, or find them in random events. A Pokémon that evolves when given a stone will evolve, regardless of level.

By Trading
In Alunier, Pokémon don't evolve by trading them. Instead, all Pokémon that would normally evolve when you traded them will evolve by leveling up to a certain level, just as the majority of Pokémon do. Refer back to levelling up to find anymore information.

By Trade With An Item
Pokémon that would normally evolve by trading them while they were holding an item, evolve in Alunier by levelling up to a certain level with holding the specified item.

By Happiness & Beauty
Happiness and beauty evolutions don't exist in Alunier. Pokémon that would normally evolve because of their happiness or beauty status/rating will evolve when given the rare Serenity Stone. Serenity Stones can be bought at certain shops, given to you by other trainers, won in contests, or found in random events.
