The first notes to Sledgehammer echo through the hall as Mike Hilton steps out from behind the velvet curtain. The Hammer, wearing black trunks and boots and accompanied as always by his wife Candace and manager Martin Frisconelli, looks over the jam packed arena as a series of pyro’s explode around the stage area. BIOGRAPHY: The Hammer is a former college football star who’s NFL career got cut short by a knee injury. He was working house shows in Canada when discovered by manager Martin Frisconelli—aka Frisco—who quickly signed the promising star to a contract and took him under his wing. As the years passed Hilton has become a well seasoned veteran. He had been out of action for a few years and is making a return to the GWF, a place where he first started out many years ago. PERSONALITY: Cocky, arrogant. MANNERISMS/CATCH PHRASES: The Hammer isn’t much for catch phrases. He’s similar to HHH in a lot of ways.
