From what I've seen of the trailer for both of these games they "look" amazing but I wonder if they will pale in comparison to the classic final fantasy games that we all fell in love with. Tell me whatcha think. |

I wasn't looking forward to 13, and I'm still not, but, I am however, hoping 13 won't suck like 12, or FFTA or FFTA2. (all made by the same guy, so I wouldn't put it past him) But since this is the 1st time SE actually put serious effort into a female character, not to be the shy healer/caster type, (no pain wasn't serious, that was just lame stereo-type most ppl love to throw onto girls who arnt weak mages.) AND put as the main character, w/o masking her role as main character, by either having a forced "walk around the feild map" male character, aka FF12. Or cover it up, and give the option to change characters, aka FF6. As for FFvs13, Nomura is my favorite guy at SE right now, but he also follows in the "only males as main characters, girls as healers" trend. But I forgive him, simply because his games have been the only SE products I've been enjoying for the last few years. FFvs13 shows promise, FF13 I want to say doesn't, but I still hope it doesn't suck, and FF agito is looking more and more awesome with every trailer. |
