THIS INFORMATION IS NOT FULLY SET IN STONE IT CAN CHANGE AT ANYTIME, PLEASE CHECK THIS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK ALSO CHECK PMS TOO THANK YOU. Here is some of the information for you guys to read and afterwords will be information I need from you if you are interested in becoming a Volunteer aka TEKUS. Volunteer Information All volunteers must be 15 years or older to become a volunteer. The work hours for people 15-17 will be anywhere between 8am-11pm. The max number of hours that anyone 15-17 can work in a day is 6 hours a day a total of 24 hours for the whole convention weekend (This does include Thursday afternoon for setup of convention.) . As for the volunteers who are 18 or older can work any hours of the day and as long as they are needed. Break will be given but you must contact the department head or department lieutenant and it will be arranged as soon as possible. Thank you. If you volunteer you will be there for your shift if you are going to be late contact your Department Head or LT (Joe "Cid" Highwind - Volunteer Head Derek "Teku" Jumper - Volunteer LT). Numbers will be handed out at a later date for now use PMs till then. If you do not show up for your scheduled shift it is possible you will be dropped from the Volunteer list and all hours accumulated up to that point will not be erased, but certain prizes will not be able to be obtained even if you had that many hours after not showing up. I will try to contact you and if you answer we will work out something. Also a Time Schedule will be posted most likely in Convention Operations, and also me and the Volunteer Head will have a copy of the schedule too if you need to see it. Teku's will also get these added bonuses: (Include But Not Limited Too) 1) Meet And Greet With All The Convention Guests - Special Meet With Guests On Thursday (More Information To Come) 2) Meal Perks - Will Be Given Money For Food For Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner. (All 3 Days) 3) Hotel Room Setup For Volunteers (Will Have More Information At A Later Date) More bonuses to come and trust me they will be AWESOME! Volunteer Prizes Here are all the volunteer prizes for that can be obtained at certain hours of working. 10 Hours - Mystery Prize (Will Be Determined At Convention) 15 Hours - T-Shirt (Will Be Determined At Later Date) 20 Hours - Reimbursement of Badge TOP VOLUNTEER - (Prize Being Determined) Ok here is a list of all the Information that I need from you so you can become a TEKU and help make A&G Ohio an AWESOME CONVENTION!!!!!
