VALLEY FORGE, PENNSYLVANIA - November 14, 2008: Zenkaikon, the Philadelphia area's fastest growing anime and gaming convention, has announced that it will be returning to the Valley Forge Convention Plaza for its fourth year on November 7 – 8, 2009. This year's event will take place in the Radisson Valley Forge Hotel, which is a part of the same complex that has hosted Zenkaikon from 2006 through 2008.
