About the Guild: The Zombie Hunters Guild is set up by an experienced player who has played UD for almost 2 years now and is for know only known as the “Guild Master” and only a select few know his true identity as he whished to stay anonymous for now. The Guild Master set up the Guild to combat Zombies and to provide fun and challenges to Urban Dead players as well as act as a haven and where its members look out for each other across Malton. The Guild will host a series of Zombie Hunts, provide Targets and Operations to provide you with the challenges and fun that you may or may not join if wish. The Guild allows its members to go wherever they want if they wish and there are no real obligations apart from checking in the Guild forum every now and then to let us know your still with us and of course following our rules. If you wish to have a place to focus and act as a home and safe Suburb then the Guild HQ is located at the Dunham Building in Starlingtown which is in the North East of Malton. The HQ is strategically chosen for being a few AP away from all the essential recourse buildings and will be near the action when the suburb is attacked. The Guild welcomes ALL Survivors; whether you are a Pro-Survivor or PKer it doesn’t matter as long as you follow our rules and as long as the kill Zombies every now and then you are welcome. If you are part of a group or a group that wishes to support the guild you are also more than welcome too. Guild Goals/Objectives: 1) Provide Hunts, Challenges and Fun for its Members 2) Kill Zombies 3) Hunt Zombies 4) Free Malton of Zombies 5) Defend its Local area Hunts/Ops: On a regular basis the Guild host hunts where Guild Members must race each other a be one of the first to find and kill the Zombie(s) Every now and then a Hoard hunt will be announced where the whole Guild gets together and tries to cause as much damage to a hoard The Guild will also do joint Ops with other allied groups when the need arises Ranks: Guild Master: The Head of the Guild Guild Commander: Commanders Guild Top Hunter: Guilds Current Best Hunter (Commanders and Guild Master are exempt from this) Guild Shadow: Master Hunters Guild Elite: Veteran Hunters Guild Hunter: Proven Hunters Acolyte: New Recruits Promotions: Acolytes get promoted to Guild Hunter when they have succeeded in a hunt. Guild Hunters get to the Elite status upon completing 10 hunts and considered worthy/active enough to be promoted by the Guild Command. Guild Elites get promoted to the Guild Shadow upon completing 30 hunts AND killing the secret Target as well as being considered worthy/active enough. Guild Top Hunter is awarded to the Hunter who currently has the most kills regardless of rank (Commanders and the Guild Master are not counted in this rank) – the title can be lost if Guild rules are broken, inactivity or if another member gains more kills. Guild Commanders are hand picked by the Guild Master. Their job is not only to help the Guild Master run the Guild but to help Guild Members under them. They not selected by the amount of kills they have claimed but by other factors. Guild Master can not be attained unless the Guild Master steps down. Edited by Guildmaster, Apr 4 2009, 04:19 PM.
