Welcome to the Zeta Art FAQ, this guide just goes over some of the frequently asked questions and need-to-know info about Zeta Art. Reading this information isn't mandatory, but it will most likely improve your experience as a member. This guide will be updated on a monthly basis, depending on how things go.

          Admins:
     Posted Image
Admins are the highest ranked members on the forums, their duty is to maintain and run the forum behind the scenes as well as actively post and discuss current news and issues with other staff and members alike.

          Community Staff:
     Posted Image
Community Staff serve as our global moderators, they watch over all forums and enforce the rules. Community Staff must continue to post and invest time and effort into the forum while maintaining their higher status.

          Design Staff:
     Posted Image
Design Staff maintain visual aspects of the forum along with providing idea and input like other staff. In some cases Design Staff may moderate forums, but such an occasion is not likely.

     Platinum Members:

Platinum members are highly respected members or Zeta Art veterans, Platinum members much have contributed great amounts of effort and time to the forum. Platinum members must have a minimum of 100 posts.

     Affiliate Members:
     Posted Image
Affiliate members are administrators of other forums that Zeta Art has affiliated with. Apart from their banner they are no different from regular members.

          Members:
     Posted Image
Normal members, no special tasks or requirements needed. However, they are obviously asked to follow the rules. Their ranking image may change depending on their post count.

     Name changes:

To request a name change, follow these steps:

  • At the top of the forum, click the Preferences button.
  • In the Board Settings menu, select Change Username.
  • Type your desired username in the New Username box, and click Change Username. Your name change request will have to be approved by an administrator, so the changes may not be applied immediately.
  • Upon submitting your request, you will be returned to the Preferences page.


Viewing and Cancelling Pending Name Change Requests:

  • After requesting a name change, you may later decide that you don't want to make the change, or you would like a username different than the one you previously requested. If an administrator has not already approved or denied your request, you can cancel a pending name change request by following these steps:
  • At the top of the forum, click the Preferences button.
  • In the Board Settings menu, select Change Username.
  • If you have any pending name change requests, they will appear above the Change Username form.
  • To cancel a pending name change request, click the link above the Change Username form. Alternatively, you can fill out and submit the form to select a different name change.
  • Upon cancelling your request, you will be returned to the Preferences page.
