Naruto: Manifest Destiny is a Freeform Rp, meaning, after I approve your character, you will drive the plot with your own actions. From time to time, I will be updating the plot. You can make your own factions and characters or choose from the list of canons. The storyline takes place after Naruto comes back from his 3 year training with Jiraiya, and learns that Gaara becomes Kazekage. Important Rules 1. No powerplaying - remember to not make your character sound like they are more powerful then they really are, or make them never get hit. It's simply no fun to RP with someone like that. 2. No Godmodding- The playing of other people's characters is confusing and quite annoying, so don't do it. This is unless you have permission from that player (PM them), then it's obviously alright if you've asked permission when you want something to happen to them or want to control them in some way. Also, don't Godmod information, meaning don't act like you have spies all over the place and know what's going on everywhere at all times. There's no way you would know what's going on in a thread unless you actually post there, or RP out learning the info from a person who was in the thread. 3. Don't make custom jutsu/weapons all powerful. Sure, Pain and Madara are uber haxed, but I don't want a RP full off instant kill machines. 4. You can have three characters in total. Each character needs to be from a different faction. For example, you cannot have two characters from the Leaf Village. You can have a max of two canons. However, you can't have 2 major canons, for example, you cannot be Naruto and Gaara at the same time. Also, if your first char is a Jonin or higher level shinobi, I rather have your second char be a Chunin or lower, to balance things out in the RP. 5. Feel free to join RP topics or make your own. When you open a RP topic, it might be a good idea to describe it. For example: Open: Any player can stop by and post on this topic. Ask: PM the topic starter for permission before you jump in. Invite: Players may only post if they've been invited by the topic starter. Closed: No other players may post. Major Event: Everyone in this village ought to check the thread out/enter it 6. Cussing is allowed, but use it in moderation. Feel free to fall in love and smex each other up, but don't get into details about it, we don't want to corrupt the kids on this site  Edited by Rain, Apr 27 2009, 09:16 AM.

If you wish to create your own faction, you must PM me and give me some basic information about it, such as the goal of your faction, and some background info on how and why it was created. Once your faction is large or important enough, it will be added to the list. There are factions I haven't listed at all, such as Kusagakure and Takigakure, simply because they aren't important enough at the moment. General Information Name: Character's name, would prefer if it was japanese sounding Gender: Male or Female Age: How old is your character? Country of Origin and Village: Where did your character come from? Country/Ninja village. Current Residence: Where does your character live now? History: Summarize everything that took place from his birth until now. The more powerful your character is, the more detailed this outght to be. Rank: What is your characters rank? There are a number of choices: Academy Student-Genin-Chunin-Tokubetsu Jonin-Jonin-Kage-D Rank Missing nin-C Rank Missing nin- B Rank missing nin- A rank missing nin- S Rank Missing nin. S rank is given only to Akatsuki for now. If you want to become S class, you would have to RP out something major for me to give you that rank. Faction: Are you in a special faction or organization? If not, just list your village. Missing nin that are not a part of an organization can put none. Team: Are you a member of a ninja team? Most teams are of 3-4 ninja. Chakra Affinity: What's your character's elemental affinity? You could put none if you haven't tested for it. The 5 elements are water, wind, earth, lightning and fire. If you are Chunin or below you can only have one. Jonin/A Rank missing nin or higher can have two, at most, unless, of course, you are a canon that has more than two. Characteristics Visual Appearance: Any possible image goes here. Physical Appearance: How does your character look? Explain in detail, especially if you don't have a picture Clothing and Armor: What does your character wear? Personality: What kind of person is your character? Weapons General ninja weapons, shuriken, kunai, rope, explosive tags, steel wire, or other weapons like senbon needles, swords, whips, etc. Please list these, and where your character keeps them. Weapon Name: Weapon Description: Photo of Weapon (Optional): Range: (0-5m short, 5-10m mid, 10+m long) Special Abilities (If Any): Kekkei Genkai If you character has a bloodline limit tell about it. Remember, not every character has a Kekkai Genkai. For now, I am going to allow you to make custom Uchihas, Kaguyas, and Hyuugas. Oh, but don't even think of making a clan that can use a combination of Sharingan and Byakugan or a combination of multiple Kekkei Genkai's. Also, if you are a custom Sharingan user, you may not use Mangekyo Sharingan. You can also make custom Kekkei Genkai using the same template: Kekkei Genkai Clan Name: Village of Origin: Clan History: Clan Jutsu: (List and describe the jutsu here using the jutsu template, try to keep it semi-short) Clan Limit: (i.e. the Hyuuga family branches, or the Uchiha's needing to kill their best friend in order to obtain Mangyeko Sharingan) Jutsus There isn't a limit of how many jutsus you can have, but lets not go over the top here. Chunin generally may get only 1 A rank jutsu. Genin my generally get only 1 B rank jutsu. Unless you are a canon, no A rank for Genin level characters. Unless you are a Jonin or higher, you would not get multiple A rank jutsu. S rank jutsu may only be used by a Jonin who has made a great profile, or a kage level character. http://www.leafninja.com/ The site above has a comprehensive list of already existent jutsu. If you are doing one of those, it's ok to simply copy the description onto your template. The basic jutsu, such as Transformation, Substitution and Clone jutsu, are freebies. However, Kai (Genjutsu Release) is not one of them. If you do have Kai, list this as a jutsu, and it's rank, from E-A since different shinobi have different levels of chakra control. Jutsu Name Rank: E-S Element: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Water, Earth Range: (0-5 meters short, 5-10 mid, 10+ long) Type: (Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary) Effect: Write a detailed description, especially if it's a custom jutsu.
