You as the players of Zenenthia, are allowed to create your own teams and guilds. If you have an idea for a team or guild, please discuss and place topics within the "Teams and Guilds" forum within the Role Play Discussion. If you want to create a team, you need a few things. These things are crucial to the creation of your team.

II. Inviting
III. Working

I. Creation

First off, you need to create your team. You need to start by setting up some goals for your future members to try and fulfill. Without a goal, there is absolutely no point to a guild. The best team is made up of people with the same incentives as individuals. Those incentives can create a guild. So, goal setting is the first step.

Next is coming up with a creative name. Anything can be a name for your team or guild. It doesn't matter what your name is, as long as it has something to do with the goals. So, Water Team Strike or something random such as that, would not go well with a team that focuses on training fire type Pokemon, or something to that effect.

You need at least 5-10 members OOCly to join up to have the rights to send out fliers or do whatever is needed ICly. If you are successful in gaining those members, you may move onto step two.

II. Inviting

So, you finished step one with success? Good job! Now, secondly, you need to invite all of these people into a group or have a global meeting. This means sending out a note onto the Pokemon Communication to the different people or the general public. Of course, doing so with a guild that is stealing Pokemon may get you arrested by the police. So, that is not suggested.

If you do not want to go through the Pokemon Communication system on the Pokelens, you may also meet up with the individual people in a journey and discuss the team. Fliers are generally sent out on the Pokemon Communication system and it states that there will be a meeting if people are interested. Then, they go to the place intended for the meeting.

Once you set up the meeting and you get some people to join IC, your team will obtain a forum of its own with a password only known to the admin. Then, you as the director can send that password to your different members via PM. Do not give out your teams password to non-members. If you decide to create a base for the team, you may choose a city, or plot of land, and begin the building process.

III. Working

Once everything is fully set up, you will now be able to fully start the process of what the guild intends to do. Get to work on those goals that you need finished! Do whatever you want! The guild is yours.

If you do have any questions, feel free to PM an admin about the problem or issue.
