Hi, I would very much appreciate some advice regarding the configuration on NTFS permissions for an end user home directory scenario.Basically we have around 50 users who require access to individual home directories. All 50 home directories have historically been placed within one share, with everyone able to access each others data, so no security. Thankfully we are now moving to a more secure environment... What I need to achieve is all 50 user home directories located within one share and each end user only able to see their own directory, with full permissions applied for that user to their specific directory. Question, is this possible, and if so then what would be the best way to achieve this ? Please Help. Thanks, for more you can check: References: https://www.techrepublic.com/forums/ business software example |
