Usually the test process is reserved for those who we are skeptical about who to join. However if we are truly familiar with an applicant, we may choose to eliminate his necessity to take the tests. Now here's how this works. An applicant posts his application, or someone is invited from any member of the clan. With the approval of 3 members, the test process is canceled.
