Here at Zanpakuto Supremacy we truly value our members' skills and intelligence. However, what we value the most is the reputation, sweat, and personality of those members. To find the best new companion to the family, we've developed a complex and diverse way of recruiting our members. As stated earlier, we look for five areas of greatness within our recruits, and more importantly, our applicants. So please make sure that you are capable of completing the following list of expectations, as it will help you greatly on your quest to become a Zanny. - Skillage at NA to show that you can PWN others in battle - Intelligence to speak in full, understandable sentences - Reputation to show that you can be friendly and well-known amongst your peers - Hard work to show that you work to your full potential and are persevering - Personality to show that you are unique and lively	Cook should be shot.
