Personal Information
BYOND Key: Bodaciouswhooshbag (ha, inside joke, but still beastly.)

Name: Tenomi Ayaka (Ayaka being her first name.)
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Rank / Occupation: Chuunin, academy teacher

Other Information

Brief Description: Ayaka is widely considered by many to be beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, or whatever other word you would use to describe someone who could not possible look prettier. In looks, she could be described as being as close to perfect as possible.

Her luscious blonde hair falls in loose waves to just below her shoulders, although finding it left down is a rare occurrence. Nila's hair can normally be seen in a high ponytail or a practical braid for training. The roots of her hair are darker than the majority of her light blond hair, and natural highlights give locks of her hair darker blond or reddish highlights.

Ayaka has pale skin which remains only slightly tanned by the sun and working outside in Kohana. Her skin is free of blemishes, except for one glaring imperfection: a long, angry scar on her back running from her right shoulder to her left hip. The skin around her scar used to be a severe red color, but it faded to a lighter color over the years, and is now a pink-ish color. The skin around her scar is slightly raised and knotted.

Her face resembles something akin to a goddess. High cheekbones, and a delicate jawline. Ayaka has a somewhat high forehead that lies above her gray eyes. She has full lips and a very slightly sloping nose.

Ayaka is built thin, but has firm, tones muscles especially in her forearms, abdomen, and thighs. Her figure has benefited from constant workouts, only improving her slender build.

Ayala stands at 5'7, an unusually large height that grants her an advantage over small opponents.

Personality: As a rose is beautiful but thorny, a Ayaka is cute and dandy, bursting of life, color, and radiant energy. Though of different color, they are flowing and free. Ayaka is a kind soul that loves to help others, unselfishly wanting to shower care and support. At least she tries. She is the type of girl to want to give up what she wants and needs to hand to someone else.

Ayaka is not sociable in the definition everyone would think. Though one cannot see it always, she tends to avoid those she has had personal negative encounters. In a gentle sense. She will look at them in the eye, smile at times, speak a couple or so words, then will hide away. Easily drawn into those with reclusive and outcast natures, Ayaka speaks cheerily and will try to break the ice. If one gets to know her well, maybe they can sense the uncertainty.

She exhibits her own courage and strength at the best of times, and the blond is a firm believer of friendship. Though Ayaka has enough heart to forgive, the worst moments make her hesitant and unsure on decisions, sometimes not even able to gather her true emotions. A devote follower of expressing self, Ayaka will ask that they share feelings and thoughts; though, sometimes she is hypocritical of her own word. One event in particular makes her uneasy.

Ayaka is extremely dense, which may come off as being childish when, in actuality, her intentions are pure. She is purity incarnate. She savors friendships to the point her mind is stuck in retaining the bond dearly. The blond is, a lot of times, ignorant of her true feelings and will think they are something else. Most of the time she will not get hints and must be explained in more direct terms. Stubbornness coupled with denseness spells trouble for those trying to convince her easily. The girl is actually more of a hard worker than smart, but she is decent in academics; Ayaka will keep working on something till she gets it right, which makes her stubbornness essential for learning.

Deep within her heart is a dark self she is unknown of. Unpredictability thrown in with psychotic is the best to describe her in a snapped state. This side presents itself in skewed smiles and wide narrow eyes abandoned of life and light. Ayaka's dark-half is wild, random, and thus is hard to predict her movements or intentions. There is only one time this state as occurred, and no one has the event recorded but herself and the precious forest and its inhabitants

Height: 5'7
Weight:126 lbs.
Eye Color: Grey
Hair Style / Color: Her bangs hang down her forehead, while the rest is pulled into a ponytail. Her hair color is blond

Birth:

Every since Ayaka was born, she knew her life was not her own. She was very pale, and her breathing was slow. The doctors had not expected her to even live past the night. Her parents held her close and began to pray, pray to whoever would listen. As the night drug on, the baby's breathing began to slow. They knew it was time. The mother and father began to weep over their loss. But then, a figure in a cloak stalked into the room, he barked an order at the mother to lay down her baby. His palm glew a bright green color. Placing it on the baby. For several agonizing moments, nothing seemed to happen. Then, she began to cry, hungry it would seem. The parents wiped their tears and ran over to the body. Picking her up, they went to thank the man, but he was gone. The parents were confused, but then they knew they would be a happy family. Their dream has come true.

Academy:

When Ayaka was the proper age, her parents both took her to sign up in the academy. Holding both of their hands, Ayaka felt utterly sick. Looking up at the large building, Ayaka dropped her head instantly. Mumbling to herself, she squeezed her eyes shut, wanting to be back at her home, playing outside. Feeling the tug on her arms, she knew it was to late. Walking into the academy, she did not dare to look up. As her parents let go of her hands, they began to talk to the man, she thought would be her teacher. She instantly felt really hot, wanting to leave as quickly as she could. She began to back up, when she ran into a little boy."Ow! watch where you're going!" he shouted at her. Turning around, her eyes grew big as she moved around him and ran out. Running home, home, home. The word echoed throughout her head as she was running. She pushed open the door to her house, her safe heaven. Running to her room, she feel onto the bed. She could not hold back the tears, soon she drifted off. When she awoke, her parents were beside her. Comforting her, soothing her, but promising she was returning to the academy. As Ayaka had fallen asleep for the night, nightmares from the day had invaded her dreams, thrashing around she screamed in her sleep. But, she was never woken. Her parents sat beside her, gripping her hand, hoping for the nightmare to stop. As day broke, Ayaka woke up to find her mother laying down on the bed with her. Shaking her to wake up, she smiled towards Ayaka and told her today was the big day. Getting dressed, she took longer then need be. Walking into the kitchen, she told her parents she was not hungry. As they wished her luck, she headed out the door. Walking out, she glanced around her, feeling as if every eye was upon her. Shutting her eyes, she continued to walk forward until she had reached the academy. Taking in several deep breaths, she opened the door and walked in. Finding a seat in the very back, she sat down hoping everyone would leave her alone. But, then a boy came and sat down beside her. "I see you've learned how to walk today." Glancing over at him, he had a large smile on his face. Returning it, she nodded. As the teacher walked in, Ayaka brought her head up. Introducing himself to them all, he seemed happy. He then began to speak on what they would cover during their time under his care. Writing it neatly on the board, he then asked if anyone had questions. No hands went up, so he moved on. Starting with the history of this village. He went into detail of everything that had happened to this village. The founding, leaders. Battles, and then...them. He looked at them all as silence broke. A serious face broke free from the once happy man. "You are the future of this village, what you decide to do now, could alter the village." The, another smile broke free as he went back to the story of their village. The lessons differed from the next from then on. Over the years, Ayaka had found she liked the fighting lessons better then the story telling. One their first day of actual training, they all learned how to properly wield weapons. Handing them all different wooden weapons, he then instructed them on how to attack, and defend themselves. Ayaka got a small wooden katana. For some reason, this weapon seemed to fit better in her hand then any others. Paying close attention, she began to strike, lung, and parry in the air. As the instructor saw this, he took note. Then, he told them to partner up and begin to fight one another. The boy she had met on the first day walked up to her. He bowed and then stood in a attacking position, he held his slim sai in his right hand gripping it tightly. "Ready to lose?" Ayaka giggled to herself and told him to attack her. As he lunged, Ayaka rolled to the side and swung her katana up. It struck in his left arm as he jumped backwards. "No fair!" yelled the boy. Ayaka just shrugged and waited for him to counter. He lunged at her again, Ayaka rushed forward, and threw her blade right into his. Planting her feet firmly on the ground, she began to push against him. They seemed to stand there for a moment, locked into a weak fight. The boy began to slid backwards, he then stepped to the right as Ayaka began to move forward to fast. He then clenched his sai in both hands and threw it forward. Dropping down, she aimed her sword to go in between his hands, throwing it up, it hit its mark. Moving the sword backwards, the sai flung free of his hand and hit the dirt. Sitting in the dirt, Ayaka smiled widely to herself. It continued like that for the time she spent in the academy. Her relationship with the boy she had beat had increased the whole time. Soon, they became best friends. They spent almost every minute together. As the day had come when she would either be a genin, or fail and be a laughing stock. She waited with the others while names were called. Something was happening, she had remembered the first day of when she entered this academy. Her face turned pale, and she felt queasy. Clutching her stomach, she began to sweat as people around her began to disappear and enter the room where her fate would be decided. Laying her head down on the cold wood of the desk, she closed her eyes tightly. Remembering her mothers feel, her fathers joy, her sick feeling began to dwindle and soon, she began to feel normal once more. It couldn't have been a better time, her name was finally called. Standing up, she clenched her hands and began to walk down to enter the room. Voices swirled around her, taking deep breaths, she then realized she was in the room with the door closed behind her. Three teachers stood before her with a table full of headbands. They all smiled towards her, speaking in soothing voices telling her they wanted her to do a single jutsu. Nodding, she tried to remember the seals for this jutsu. As she began to panic, she remembered, her mother and father believed in her. Before she could act, her hands seemed to be moving on heir own, in smooth motion. Then two clouds of smoke erupted beside her, and then two clones of her where there. The three teachers clapped and told her she had passed. Relief flooded over her, as she walked up and took her headband they had offered. Smiling, she placed it on her waist and walked out. Racing out, she ran home as fast as she could. Pushing open the door, she went and found her mother to show her. Tears rolled out of her eyes as she hugged her tightly. "I'm...so...so..proud..of you." her mother was able to choke out those simple words, as she walked off crying. Her father stood right behind her, a grin the size of his face was visible, far to clear. Ayaka began to giggle at the sight of it. Hugging him tightly, she whispered words to him, nodding he let go. Shaking his head, but laughing following his wife. As night passed, Ayaka feel asleep still with her headband tied around her waist. Waking up, she was off to the academy for the last time, she had thought. But, oh how wrong she was. When she arrived, she had seen all that had passed. Gong was there, the boy that she met the eventful first day. Sitting down beside him, they waited for the teacher to arrive again. Once he did, he had a long sheet of paper."Well, since you are all genin now, you will be put in squads to undertake missions, train and live." He began to read off names, as the names he read began to disappear, only a few were left. "Ayaka..Chi..and Gong." Ayaka had a blank face when she found she would be teamed with Tai, they stood up and walked out of the room.

Genin Life:

Ever since their three names were called, Ayaka had hoped for a good squad. But, when they got to the room where they were suppose to wait for their sensei. She stood there, she had long choppy black hair, and she had piercing green eyes. She had on the usual jounin gear, and she had two hook swords hanging on her back. She was very tall, nearly six foot five. And her skin was a beautiful cream color. Ayaka found her scary, beautiful, and mysterious. She introduced herself as Kiyome."I'll be over you for a long time. So, we better get knowing one another now. So, starting with the girl, tell me your name, your hobbies, goals and what not." She had pointed towards Ayaka, commanding her to begin. Standing up, she began to feel sick, but pushed it aside and began to explain herself. Not going to deep, she told her hobbies, goals and what not. Sitting back down, she listened to the others talk. As each told their own story, Ayaka tried to make mental notes for each. As each one finished, Kiyome said they were dismissed and they were to report to the training field bright and early the next morning. Standing up, she felt to cool breeze brush against her back, as the cold sweat from the afternoons heat was fading away. She waved to them all and began to walk off. As she made her way home, she stopped by the local food stands to pick up something for her parents. Grabbing several items, she went home. As she turned the knob, she could feel something mysterious in the air. Throwing open the door, she seen the first of the bodies. Looking around, she had smelt iron and rust in the air. Seeing blood splatters on the wall, Ayaka began to get dizzy. Then, the sound of footsteps echoed behind her. Throwing out an arm, all the food spilled on the ground. Steadying herself onto the wall. A man in a cloaked outfit stood before her. In his right hand was a bloody kunai. In his other, the heads of Ayakas parents. For Ayaka, everything had stopped, or sped up. She couldn't tell which. All she could feel was the falling sensation as she hit the ground. As she did, her eyes shut for a brief moment, but to her it seemed like a day. In her eyes was the sun, blistering hot. But, beside ehr stood another man in a cloaked figure, but he radiated peace, and joy to her. He spoke, but his lips did not move. He explained that from birth, she was not meant to live. But, with his help, he had saved her. But, he had also given her something. Something that would let her live. In her eyes, hand seals flashed before her face, bright red neon colors. They bore themselves into her brain. Then, her eyes opened and she was back in her house. Suddenly, she felt the heat from this mornings sun. And she had done the seals that were in her minds eye. Raising her hand, it was surrounded by a red chakra. The red light shot off her arm, into a fine line straight for the man. As it hit his chest, he was thrown backwards. And his skin on his chest was beyond repair. He laid on the ground, unmoving. Then, everything around Ayaka went dark. Days passed, and when Ayaka woke, she had a antiseptic smell. Feeling the thin wool sheets brush through her fingers, she suddenly felt tubes running into her right arm. clenching her teeth, she moved her arm slowly, painfully to the tubes. Grasping them in her hand, she took several deep breaths, then she yanked them out. She could not even cry out in pain before everything went black again. As Ayaka woke on and off, a different person, or at least she though the figures were people where in her room every time she had awoken. On the final time, she was alone. The tubes were taken out, and she saw nothing in the room besides her and the bed. Standing up, she saw her cloths. Clean, and un-bloodied. Slipping them on, she noticed that the air felt, for once, perfect, not to cold, not to hot. She had thought it was something to do with her new discovery of what she can do. Walking out of her room, she kept close to the walls. When she heard voices, she would suddenly find a spot to hide. Making her way through the front door, and outside. As her feet touched the smooth dirt, she looked down. Noticing she had forgotten her shoes inside. Shrugging, she began to make her way around town. "I..I can't go back home..I..need to find a new place to live." Scarred and alone, she felt her feet moving her in a familiar direction. Until, her hand touched the wood of the door did she actually realize what she was doing. The sound of an old door opening filled her hears. Looking into Gongs eyes, suddenly everything fully hit her. She felt motionless, but then, Gongs arms caught her, and steadied her while he sat he down on the couch." I...I...was there waiting for you to wake up.." Was all that was said for several moments. As they both sat there, the world seemed to be going round, not caring for the lose of everything. Time seemed to slip by as Ayaka and them continued their training, Ayaka began to master her new set of power. And, she finally managed to master it. Just in time for the chuunin exam.

Chuunin

The chuunin exam was everything Ayaka had hoped for while training hard to become what she was. In fact, when her sensei told them of what they were going to participate in, Ayaka almost did a little jig right there. But feeling like she had more diginty, she closed in her joy, well, kinda. But, her heart stopped, or so it felt like it, when her sensei looked at them all. A chill ran down her spine, as she felt the goose bumps pop up on her arms. He had a very serious look in his eyes, as she he spoke, "Look, this is a dangerous test, if any of you want out speak now. Or never." He chuckled, and Ayaka felt dread slide down her face. As she saw a leaf blow in her face, she gulped, and glanced at her team-ates, they looked too happy. Looking confused, she merely shrugged it off. (Man, I just can't seem to ever finish this profile.)
