Christmas Grinch targets senior center

SPOKANE -- A Christmas Grinch has stolen from some of the most vulnerable in our area.

Seniors at the Lilac Plaza Retirment Home in North Spokane sold recipe books to raise money to buy a Nintendo Wii.

They had the game system for about a month, before a crook ran off with it this past weekend.

People that live in the home say the Wii kept them entertained and active, and with limited incomes, and a limited supply, some are worried the game will never be replaced.

Damn, this is sad. I feel sad both for what happened to them and what has happened to society. Stealing is bad, stealing during the Christmas season is worse, and stealing during Christmas season from people in retirement home is a one-way ticket straight to hell! :'(

Now that is so sad! How could they do that to old people. I will give them PS3 to replace that Wii thing they got now they will be so happy.
